The Bulk Print All Product Barcodes feature lets you print barcode stickers for all products in your WooCommerce store. You can also filter products by category, adjust sticker layouts, customize sizes, fonts, and preview the final output — all from one page.
How to Access the Bulk Print Page #

In your WordPress Dashboard, go to:
WOO Barcode → Print Page -
From here, you can manage and print barcodes for all your store products.
Settings Overview #
Here’s a breakdown of all the available options on the Bulk Print page:

| Choose Category | Filter products by selecting a product category from the dropdown. |
| Barcode Per Page | Set how many product barcodes to display per page for bulk printing. |
| Order By | Choose how to sort products — by Name, SKU, ID, Price, etc. |
| Order | Select the sort order — Ascending (ASC) or Descending (DESC). |
| Box Height | Adjust the height of each barcode sticker box. |
| Column | Define how many barcode stickers to display per row (column layout). |
| Readjust the Font Size | Change font sizes for Product Title and Product Price text on stickers. |
| Apply Border? | Optionally apply a border around each barcode sticker. |
| Page Size (For Preview) | Choose a page size for previewing the barcode sticker layout. |
| Advanced Settings | Fine-tune sticker width, height, padding, margins, and measurement units. |
Note: Page Size (For Preview) #
The page size you see in the preview screen is just for reference and does not affect the actual print settings. When the print popup box appears, that is where you can choose your actual print settings such as page type, orientation, and other preferences. These are the settings that will be used when you print.
Why is there a preview option before the print popup?
We include this preview feature so user can see how the page layout will look before confirming the final print. It helps you make any adjustments if needed before proceeding to the actual print window.
Printing & Pagination #

If you want to print barcodes for all products, or perhaps just for the Clothing category:

Go to WOO Barcode → Print Page

Select Clothing from the Choose Category dropdown (or leave blank for all products)

Adjust layout, columns, fonts, and borders

Click Print Barcodes — done!
